This Privacy Policy describes how we, Susan VanNess, collect and use personal information that we collect through the Susan VanNess Photography website, its subdomains, and our online booking and communications portal (collectively, the “Site”) and through our day-to-day operations.

We collect Personal Information through the Site. Our Site allows individuals to interact with the Site and order goods and services from the Site such as booking photography sessions. Our Site also allows individuals to add their names and email addresses to our mailing list. We also record information about the users of our site, such as the “IP Address” associated with their computer or mobile device and various characteristics regarding their web browser. We may use a vendor to collect this information on our behalf.
How We Use Personal Information
We use Personal Information to communicate with the relevant individual about our business, products, and services. We do not use Personal Information to send unsolicited marketing communications, whether via email, text message, or phone call unless the individual has consented to receive those communications. They may do so by entering their name and email address into our Site and requesting to be added to our mailing list.
In addition, we may use Personal Information gathered through our Site for the purpose of learning more about the visitors to the Site and to improve the Site.
